KASA Development is currently seeking a skilful and motivated Civil Engineer (Senior level) to join our team at our head office in Bangkok. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are talented, creative and possess excellent engineering skills.

Job Description

• Manage, Design and Develop villa construction projects.
• Conduct on-site investigations and analyse data (reports, tests, drawings and others)
• Ensuring the projects comply with legal, health & safety requirements.
• Cooperate with a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors.
• Undertake technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure that projects run smoothly and structures are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide advice and resolve any emerging problems and deficiencies.
• Other related tasks assigned by management.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Female or Male- over 30 years of age
• Able to communicate in Thai and English
• Very active and good personality
• Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and dynamically changing environment.
